RETURN POLICY
In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will make every attempt to correct the issue, replace the item, or offer a full refund.
For all other returns:
Items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase date.
Return Instructions:
- Please contact SportsFanSuperstore.com at 800-394-3408 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA).
- The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to the address provided, including any costs and arrangements for shipping, as well as proof of delivery.
- Returns will NOT be accepted without a valid RA number.
- All items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
- Please allow 7 business days after your product has been delivered to our warehouse to receive your credit.
- SportsFanSuperstore.com charges a 15% restocking fee on all returned items.
SportsFanSuperstore.com does not accept returns for custom orders unless the product is damaged or has a manufacturer defect.
